Flos Salis 200g

 

With its slight sweetness, Flor de Sal brings a special taste to all prepared dishes. Use it as a table-salt, for seasoning carpaccios and salads and for grilling fish or meat, as its crystals dissolve quickly.

 

How to Store it

Flor de Sal should be stored in a way that keeps its natural moisture, the "mother liquor". This saves the elevated contents of minerals and essential elements like Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Iodine to be found in natural sea salt.

Flos Salis 340g

These glazed ceramic crocks, exclusively produced for MARISOL, protect the fragile, flaky crystals of Flos Salis. Available in 3 different sizes, containing 340, 200 or 100 grs. of the finest Flor de Sal from the Eastern Algarve, they are easy to refill and suitable for storage and the table. The special lid is designed for finger-spicing and crafted to hold just the quantity of salt to serve with a meal.
