What it is

Flor de Sal is the finest flower of sea salt. It appears as a thin layer floating on the surface of the brine. These first fragile crystals are carefully skimmed off every day in good weather conditions and only sun dried before packing.

What it´s got

Flor de Sal selected by MARISOL is certified as both a kosher and a handcrafted sea salt. Certified is also the traditional production practise. To be conferred continuously, certification has to be renovated every year.

What it does

Flor de Sal enhances the natural flavours of food, bringing a real sea taste to your table. Its thin and shiny crystals crumble between your fingers, collapse between your teeth and melt easily on your tongue.
